I am filing with attorney in a week, should I find another place to live immidiatly? The house is already in the process of froreclosure.
The house is going the mortage is to high, I had I pay cutt.

  1. I don’t know a lot about this but I do know that a friend of the family filed years a go and they told them they should have put the house in because they could have kept it. I would talk to the lawyer about this and see what he says. they may beable to help you save your house.

    Many people file bankruptcy to save their house. Discharging their other debts frees up cash to enable them to make the mortgage payment. Talk to your attorney about this!
