As of today my bank account has been frozen. A credit card that I owe $6,000 on, from years ago. I currently only have less than $1,000 in my bank account. The credit card was under my maiden name and my bank account is a joint account. Can I still file for bankruptcy after this? Does anyone know of a good attorney in Chicago?I have other unsecured credit card debt that Iowe. I am currently not working, my husband is the only one working now.
