My house is in foreclosure. I have to be out by Labor Day. Can I still claim Chapter 13 and keep my house?

In March a judgment was put against me for foreclosure on the house. I am waiting to get my tax rebate check and go talk to a lawyer about Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Is it to late?
